6.Miscellaneous.
The laws of India that apply to contracts made and to be performed in India shall govern this Agreement in all respects. You consent to the exclusive venue of federal or state courts with jurisdiction in India for any legal action or process between you and TownMediaLabs over this Agreement or the parties’ responsibilities hereunder. Any claim or cause of action you may have related to the Service must be brought within one (1) year of the claim or cause of action arising, otherwise it will be forever barred. Any term or right that is not strictly enforced by TownMediaLabs according to this Agreement shall not be deemed to have been waived by TownMediaLabs. No aspect of this Agreement may be modified by the parties’ past interactions or customary business practises. Without giving you any notice, TownMediaLabs may anytime assign its obligations and rights under this Agreement to any third party.
