The Challenge: Great Properties, No Leads

PrimeView Realty Group had built an impressive portfolio of residential and commercial properties across three cities. Their agents were experienced, their listings were competitive, and their reputation in the market was solid. But when it came to digital lead generation, they were falling behind.

Their website was a cookie-cutter template that looked nearly identical to a dozen other agencies in the area. It had no property search functionality, no neighborhood guides, and no strategic lead capture mechanisms. The contact form on the homepage was their only lead generation tool, and it converted at a dismal 0.3%.

They had invested $8,000 in Google Ads the previous year with a self-managed campaign that generated fewer than 20 leads — most of which were unqualified. Our Approach: Building a Digital Lead Generation System

1. Custom Real Estate Website

2. Google Ads Restructure

The previous Google Ads campaigns had been a mess — one broad campaign trying to capture everything. We restructured everything from scratch with tightly themed ad groups segmented by property type (apartments, villas, commercial spaces), location (each city and neighborhood), and intent level (browsing vs. ready to buy).

We wrote compelling ad copy that addressed specific buyer pain points and included strong calls to action. We implemented proper conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager, set up call tracking with dynamic number insertion, and created automated lead routing so each inquiry went to the right agent immediately.

3. Retargeting and Lead Nurturing

We knew that most real estate buyers don't convert on their first visit — the buying cycle is long and research-intensive. We built comprehensive retargeting funnels on Google Display Network and social media. Someone who viewed a luxury villa listing would see ads featuring similar properties and a free property valuation offer. Someone who downloaded a neighborhood guide would see ads for featured listings in that area.

We also integrated everything with PrimeView's CRM, implementing a lead scoring system that helped agents prioritize the hottest leads. Automated email sequences kept prospects engaged with market updates, new listings, and educational content about the buying process.
