The Challenge

The brand had loyal repeat customers but couldn't reliably acquire new ones online. Social media was inconsistent, Meta ROAS was barely above 1x, and there was no influencer strategy beyond one-off gifting.

Our Solution

TML developed a content calendar, built a structured micro-influencer programme across Delhi and Tier-2 cities, and rebuilt Meta Ads around creative-first testing — identifying winning formats before scaling spend.

Our Instagram used to be an afterthought. Now it's our best sales channel.

The Challenge

This Delhi women's fashion brand had what most brands want — a loyal customer base, a 40%+ repeat purchase rate, and genuine enthusiasm from buyers. What they lacked was the ability to find new customers cost-effectively online. Meta Ads were eating margin with 1.2x ROAS. The Instagram account looked like it was managed between other tasks — inconsistent photography, no cohesive aesthetic, posts going up whenever someone remembered.

Our Approach

Before touching ads or influencers, we fixed the brand's visual identity on social. A consistent aesthetic was built: warm natural tones, styled flat-lay and model photography, a caption voice that felt personal and direct. A content calendar structured each week around four post types — two product-focused, one styling guide, one community or UGC feature.

The micro-influencer programme was structured rather than ad hoc. We identified 20 creators in Delhi and Tier-2 cities with 5K–50K followers and genuine fashion audiences — verified by engagement quality, not just follower count. Three-month rolling agreements replaced one-off gifting, creating authentic ongoing brand association.

Meta Ads were rebuilt around creative-first testing. Small test budgets ($500 per creative variant) identified winning formats — video try-ons and outfit-comparison formats consistently outperformed static images — before budget was allocated. This cut wasted spend and lifted ROAS from 1.2x to 2.8x.

Results

The Instagram account grew from 4,200 to 35,000 followers in eight months, with engagement climbing from 0.7% to 4.1%. Social-attributed revenue grew 4x. Meta ROAS improved to 2.8x. Influencer-driven traffic now accounts for about 25% of total site sessions.

The Challenge

  • Instagram following of 4,200 with 0.7% engagement — posting had no strategy or consistency
  • Meta Ads ROAS at 1.2x — effectively losing money after shipping and COGS
  • Influencer gifting was ad hoc — no measurement, no ongoing relationships
  • No brand aesthetic — inconsistent photography, fonts, and visual style across posts

What We Did

  • Developed a cohesive brand aesthetic: warm tones, styled flat-lays, consistent fonts and captions voice
  • Content calendar: 4 posts/week — 2 product, 1 lifestyle/styling guide, 1 UGC or community
  • Structured micro-influencer programme: 20 Delhi and Tier-2 creators on 3-month rolling agreements
  • Meta Ads rebuilt: creative-first testing with $500 test budgets before scaling winners
  • Instagram Shopping tags enabled with full product catalogue synced; social proof elements on website
