Raman Makkar founded Town Media Labs in 2010, out of a small office in Sector 34A, Chandigarh. It began as a tight-knit band of designers and marketers taking on work that was bigger than the team was — pushing past what the brief asked for, and building a habit of over-delivering that has stayed with us ever since.
Fifteen years on, TML has grown into a full-service agency of 70+ in-house specialists — SEO, performance, branding, design, and engineering — working with both local and international clients, from first-time founders to multinational teams. Town Media Labs — now widely known as TML Agency — was founded in 2010 out of a small office in Sector 34A, Chandigarh. The mission from day one was to bridge the gap between creative excellence and measurable business results. What began as a tight-knit team of designers and digital marketers has grown into one of North India's most trusted full-service agencies — 15 years and still 100% founder-led, still headquartered where it all started.
In our early years, we built a reputation for sharp branding and graphic design across local Chandigarh businesses. As clients started seeing results, our mandate grew.
