Arvinder Singh co-founded Town Media Labs in 2010 and has spent 15+ years dissecting how search engines reward — and punish — websites. His specialties are technical SEO and content architecture: crawl budget optimisation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and building the kind of topical authority that holds rankings through algorithm updates. Based in Chandigarh, Arvinder has guided SEO strategy for brands in e-commerce, real estate, and SaaS verticals, and spends a lot of his week inside Screaming Frog and Search Console looking for the gaps competitors miss.

Taran has been shaping brand identities at TML Agency since 2017, giving him 8+ years of hands-on experience translating a founder's vision into something a customer actually feels. His focus is brand positioning and visual identity — naming, messaging hierarchy, logo systems, and the full brand guidelines that keep a growing company consistent across every touchpoint. He has developed identities for startups in the Mohali tech corridor as well as mid-market businesses scaling across North India, and he runs the sales function at TML so he understands how brand investment converts to pipeline. Harman has been managing paid media and project delivery at TML Agency since 2019, accumulating 6+ years of experience running campaigns where every rupee has to answer for itself. He oversees Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn campaigns for clients in e-commerce, real estate, and education — verticals where cost-per-lead economics are unforgiving. Cristi joined TML Agency in 2020 and has spent 5+ years at the intersection of design and content — writing that ranks in Search and visuals that stop the scroll. She specialises in long-form SEO content and UI copywriting for B2B brands and D2C e-commerce, two verticals where the gap between good writing and mediocre writing shows up directly in conversion rates. Her process starts in Figma (wireframes before words) and ends with a piece that has a clear search intent match, proper heading hierarchy, and internal links that actually make sense to a human reader. She writes most of the blog content for TML's Chandigarh and Mohali clients.
