You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement in order to use our services.

Our services include but are not limited to:

Custom technology solutions
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

4. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
Respond to communications and feedback requests in a timely manner
Pay all fees as agreed upon in the project scope or contract
Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials developed by TownMediaLabs during the course of a project remain the intellectual property of TownMediaLabs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive the right to use the final deliverables for their intended business use upon full payment.
Use of any TownMediaLabs intellectual property, including trademarks, designs, or proprietary materials, without express permission is prohibited.

6. Payment Terms
All payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Payment schedules may include:
Upfront deposits before commencement
Milestone-based payments during project execution
Final balance upon completion and delivery
Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of services.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project. This includes business plans, strategies, and data shared by the client or developed by TownMediaLabs.

8. Project Revisions
Revisions or modifications to deliverables are allowed as per the revision limits stated in the project agreement. Additional changes beyond the scope may incur additional charges.

9. Limitation of Liability
TownMediaLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice under the terms specified in the project agreement. Upon termination:
The client is responsible for paying for work completed up to the termination date
Any unused advance payments will be refunded based on the work not completed

11. Third-Party Services
TownMediaLabs may use or recommend third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting, plugins). We are not responsible for any issues, data loss, or damages resulting from these third-party providers.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chandigarh, India.

13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
