As a service-based business, we do not typically offer refunds once the project has commenced or deliverables have been shared. However, under certain conditions (outlined below), refund requests will be reviewed and considered.

2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If the client is charged multiple times due to a system error.
Non-Delivery of Service: If TownMediaLabs fails to start the project or service within the promised timeframe and does not provide valid justification.
Cancellation Before Work Begins: If the client cancels the project before any work or resource allocation has commenced, a partial refund may be issued (after deducting processing or administrative fees).
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Once a project or milestone has commenced or deliverables have been shared.
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after the agreed scope is completed.
Delays caused by client inaction, lack of communication, or incomplete inputs.
For any digital assets (designs, code, content) already delivered or used.

3. Milestone-Based Projects
In phased or milestone-based projects:
Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Refunds for upcoming, uninitiated milestones may be considered on a case-by-case basis and only if termination is requested mid-project.

4. Subscription & Monthly Services
For recurring services such as SEO, marketing, or hosting:
You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
Charges for the current billing cycle are non-refundable once service has started.

5. Custom & Digital Deliverables
Custom solutions such as websites, brand kits, or visual content are not eligible for refunds once delivered. This is due to the intellectual property, creativity, and development efforts involved in these bespoke solutions.

6. Refund Request Process

Your full name or business name
Project reference/invoice number
Reason for refund
Supporting documents/screenshots (if applicable)

Your request will be reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be initiated and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

7. Refund Credit Timeline
If your refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed and credited
within 5–10 business days of approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment (bank account, credit card, or digital wallet).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may reflect in your account within 7–15 business days.


8. Dispute Resolution
We encourage clients to reach out to our support team to resolve any dissatisfaction. We strive to find mutually agreeable solutions before a refund is processed.
